Refunds and cancellations
Draft. These terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the lifetime-plan window below is a starting suggestion, not a decision. Confirm before this page is linked anywhere public.
The drawing tool is free forever, so there is nothing to refund there. Everything below is about the paid strategy licence.
Before you pay
Every strategy licence starts with NinjaTrader's own 14-day free trial, fully unlocked, started automatically the first time you run it. There is no card on file during the trial and nothing is charged until you choose to buy. Use that time to decide.
Monthly plan
Cancel any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next billing date - it does not refund the period you are already in, and access continues until that period ends. We do not prorate or refund partial months.
Lifetime plan
Because the free trial already lets you fully evaluate the strategy before paying, lifetime purchases are final once made, except for the cases below.
When we refund either plan
- A duplicate charge or a billing error on our side
- A technical problem that stops the licence from working, that we cannot fix in a reasonable time
How to request one
Email support@powerfib.com with the address on your NinjaTrader account and what happened. If a chargeback feels like the faster option, please email us first - most issues are resolved same-day, and a chargeback is slower for everyone.
